All  3 and 4 year old children are entitled to 15 hours of funded (free) education subject to availability and our Admissions Policy.

To register your child at the Nursery, please complete an Admission Enquiry Form, or call us on 0151 709 5114. Your child’s nursery place can be reserved any time prior to their 3rd birthday.

We offer 15 hours free education taken over two and a half days either at the start or end of the week.

The hours are as follows:

15 hours at the beginning of the week:

Monday 8.45am – 2.45pm
Tuesday 8.45am – 2.45pm
Wednesday 8.45am – 11.30am

or

15 hours at the end of the week:

Wednesday 12.00pm – 2.45pm
Thursday 8.45am – 2.45pmpm
Friday 8.45am – 2.45pm

Children are admitted the term after their 3rd birthday.

Nursery places are awarded following these criteria in order:

  1. children classed as being “looked after” (all schools must have this as a top priority)
  2. children with an Education, Health and Care Plan
  3. children who are eligible for either Early Years Pupil Premium, or who have been eligible for the funded 15 hour places for disadvantaged 2 year olds.

For children eligible for the universal 15 hours for all 3-4 year olds, the additional 15 hours funded for working parents of 3-4 year olds, and families wishing to pay for extra sessions, the following criteria will also apply in order:

  1. children who have a brother or sister at the school already
  2. date of application
