We are always looking for ways to make our school the best it can be for the children in our care. Each year, we review what is working well and where we can improve. Our School Development Plan helps guide us in this process.

To decide which areas to focus on, we listen carefully to a range of voices and information, including:

  • Feedback from external professionals, such as Ofsted or our Education Improvement Partner
  • Our staff team’s reflections on teaching, learning, and daily practice
  • Feedback from family questionnaires, which are shared at the end of the school year in July
  • The children’s own views about their Nursery experience
  • Information from our assessment and progress data, showing how well children are doing and where we can offer extra support

Our School Development Plan is a working document, which means it can change as we respond to new ideas, feedback, or the needs of our children. We believe working together with families is important, so if you have any questions or would like to know more, please feel free to speak to a member of the team.
